Product Overview
HVAC-SH Air Fire Damper is designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through HVAC duct systems.
Installed within ventilation ducts or at wall and floor penetrations, the fire damper automatically closes when exposed to high temperatures, effectively isolating fire zones and enhancing building fire safety.
This product is widely used in commercial, industrial, and public buildings where fire-rated HVAC systems are required.
Working Principle
The fire damper is equipped with a fusible link or thermal release mechanism.
When the ambient temperature reaches the rated activation temperature, the fusible link melts, causing the damper blades to close automatically and block airflow, preventing fire and smoke propagation.
